Most workout videos are just that: workouts. Cardioke is made up mostly of dance moves, and I find myself really getting involved. And the way they mix singing into the workout makes you laugh. Basically I do the whole workout with a big dorky grin on my face.

I use this DVD as an alternate workout from the same ol' monotonous treadmill, bicycle routine. It makes working out fun and plus brings back memories of old songs and dance steps.

Highly recommend this dvd!! It's a great workout and a lot of fun. Various ranges of sizes in this video-makes exercise fun and I really look forward to make the time. I own a lot of dvd's and this one will be the top one to work out on a daily basis. The song at the end is very inspirational. Highly recommend dvd!

I've only used it once but it made me laugh while working out. It will take some time to learn the moves, but I enjoyed it. It's tough to 'move' on my living room carpet and I don't see them breathing like they say they want you to, but I liked it overall.

I look forward to working out. Because it doesn't feel like I'm working out. I love it. The music is so motivating. Can't wait for another video. This is one workout I won't give up on. Thanks Billy Jr and Family.

I just discovered this workout because it is on Comcast Cable's "On Demand" network. I actually just finished doing cardioke, and was in the process of looking for a place to purchase the DVD. This is my second day working out to this program, and I must say I am very motivated. Yesterday I did not want to work out, then I stumbled upon the Cardioke workout and I am hooked. As soon as I came home from work, I put the program on. If you know a workout/karaoke maniac like myself, this is the perfect gift. It finally gives me an excuse to sing out loud without seeming too crazy.

This is what I have been waiting for. This dvd is fun and really gets you going, it is not boring like some exercise DVDs that I have done. Like other people have mentioned it does not make you feel like you are exercising but only having fun and that is what I like about Cardioke. I really hope they make more of these DVDs. I would highly recommend.

I would recommend this to anyone t it so much fun that i end up working out 2X a day no matter the size you can do this video take it from me as a plus size girl if i can do it you can do it!

i have all ready lost 55 lbs :-) and was getting tired of my workout then i found cardioke i know i will loose the next 55 lbs with this dvd thank you so much i love it!! I'm hooked
Billy Sr. is Awesome but Billy Jr. Is Brilliant! It's so much fun I forgot I was working out! If you struggle with working out this dvd is for you! My mother -n- law joined in and did the whole workout with me, she doesn't ever do that! This would be a perfect stocking stuffer for Christmas. I'm buying one for myself! This is the must have workout of the year!

Love the DVD, Billy and Sharon are totally engaging and you feel like you are a part of the class even when working out at home. No matter what stage you in with your exercise routine, beginner, intermediate or advanced, you will get fast results with Cardioke while having fun at the same time.

I purchased this dvd and it is the best!!! I like that there are different size people in the video and the music is great. It is really a fun way to exercise and lose weight. i can't wait for volume 2

What an amazing workout. Do you guys have more? If not you need more asap so we can keep going. I have told all my friends about this tape it is so much fun and the song at the end was beautiful and really spoke to me! Thank you so much.

This workout doesn't feel like exercise at all. It's just plain fun, which means I'm a lot more likely to use it on a regular basis than some others I have tried. My only warning it that you really need a fair amount of free space to do all the steps as choreographed and get the most out of it. I have to push around all the furniture in my living room to get enough room. It's worth it though - great workout.

I usually don't like exercising, and have tried a bunch of videos. This, by far, is the BEST. I didn't want to stop, my heart rate was up, and in one hour I burned 515 calories! I love that the Cardioke 'Family' is made up of real people--all different shapes and sizes. Billy and Sharon seem so genuine and really want people to enjoy exercising. Buy this today!
This didn't even feel like excercise! It was hip, fun and the first video I've finished from beginning to end!! I've been looking for something new and fun to get in shape and I found it!!
