Awesome CD, it keeps you motivated and hyper while doing exercises. I bought the Fired Up! in 2003 and it's fantastic and this one is great too. I'm looking forward to buying Fired Up! 3 so I can have the entire collection. Highly recommend to those who love dance, techno and the rhythm of the 90's
