This is a very fun pop album! Recalls the era of 1999-2002 when the boy bands and teen artists were popular. Although people prefer older artists now, this was a fun period. It has Backstreet Boys, O-Town, Jessica Simpson, 3LW and Samantha Mumba, but also artistic, adventurous songs by No Secrets, Nine Days, Smash Mouth, S Club 7, Eiffel 65 and others. Credit should also go to writers/producers/musicians like Max Martin, Bag and Arnthor, Steve Kipner, Kierulf and Schwartz, Cathy Dennis, Corey Rooney, Steve Mac, Ponte/Lobina, the band-written songs and others for making these very creative pop hits!

This CD is a great walk down memory lane. We heard these songs in the commercial and said that we just had to get the CD. My friends and I used to listen to these songs back in the 8th grade. We are in 11th now and we still love these songs! It was a great way to reconnect with all your friends the way we used to. There was always that one band that you love and the one you couldn't stand, and that one song that reminded you of the crush you had at one time. Over all this CD is absolutely amazing and we recommend this Pop Mix to everyone of all ages!
