Who is eligible to participate in
the MusicSpace.com affiliate program?
Anyone who owns and operates a website may submit an application. While
many web sites will qualify to participate in our program, we do reserve
the right the refuse membership to a site or revoke a site's membership
at any time. Please see the affiliate Terms

What does it cost to join?
Nothing! Applying to and participating in the MusicSpace.com Affiliate
Program is absolutely FREE. There are no hidden costs and no monthly minimum
sales requirements. In fact, we pay you!

How does the affiliate program work?
The MusicSpace.com affiliate program allows you to earn free cash by referring
customers to our web site. Once you apply and are accepted into our program,
simply place qualified text links and/or banners to the MusicSpace.com
site on your web site. Then, every time one of your web site's visitors
clicks on the MusicSpace.com link, and makes a purchase from our store,
you earn a sales commission. It's that easy!

Can a website based outside the
United States become a MusicSpace.com Affiliate?
MusicSpace.com only ships within the United States, Canada, and U.S. territories.
Therefore, we generally only accept affiliate web sites that operate within
those same areas. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

What if I operate more than one
web site?
You can have multiple sites under one affiliate account. After you join our program, you will be able to create "Sub Affiliate" accounts through the LinkShare interface. Each sub-account will have a unique linking code and individual reporting.

Can I apply if I do not have a web
site?
Unfortunately, no. In order to participate in the MusicSpace.com Affiliate
Program, we must be able to view your web site.

that works best for your site and generates the highest sales commission
for you. Keep in mind, you must use qualified, unaltered links provided

What are MusicSpace.com's responsibilities?
MusicSpace.com will provide you with the tools you need to sell our products
through your site via LinkShare.com.
This includes, but is not limited to, banners, text links and detailed
traffic and sales reports. And of course, we handle order processing,
shipping products, billing customers, tracking, paying your sales commissions
and managing customer service.

How do I create links to
MusicSpace.com?
It's easy. To create trackable links to MusicSpace, go to the "Create Links" section of LinkShare.com and choose the "MusicSpace.com" program. Browse our assortment of linking types - you will find links to our homepage, category pages and product pages, among others. Yes. We encourage you to use content from our site, especially titles,
cover images, track listings and product descriptions. Use this valuable
content to enhance your own web site and provide a great value to your
users. We do not, however, recommend listing product prices, seeing as
they are subject to change. Customers may get confused if they see a product
listed for one price on your site and a differing price on ours.

TRACKING AND PAYMENT
How
are orders tracked and credited to my site?
All links from your site to MusicSpace.com contain a unique Site ID, so
that every time a user comes to us via your links, we know to credit your
account when a purchase is made. Make sure that all links on your site
are created through LinkShare.com and remain unaltered, to ensure that
your sales are tracked correctly.

How
much will I be paid?
You will be paid a commission rate between 8% - 10% for every shipped
MusicSpace.com order (excluding tax, shipping & applicable discounts)
generated through your website. More specifically, you will receive:
8% commission on monthly affiliate
sales (up to $1,500.00)
9% commission on monthly affiliate sales ($1,501.00 - $3,500.00)
10% commission on monthly affiliate sales ($3,501.00 or more)
So the more you sell, the more you will earn!

When
will I be paid?
Approximately 30 days following the end of each month, we will send you
a check for the commission earned on qualified products shipped during
the previous month.

How
will I monitor my sales from day to day?
You will have access to numerous online sales reports on LinkShare.com.
Traffic & click data is provided on a real-time basis. Order information
is reported after products are shipped. Use these reports as a tool to
increase your sales and profitability.

I
operate more than one web site. Can you track them separately, but pay
me with one commission check?
Yes. You can have multiple sites under one affiliate account. You can
create links and generate reports specifically for each site, but you
will receive one commission check for all of your sites.

What
about product returns?
If a user tracked from your website returns a product for a refund, or
if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or fraud, your account
will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.
