PLACING AN ORDER
Placing an order
Our checkout process is simple:
1. Once you find a product(s) you wish to purchase, click on add to cart. These items will now show an "In Cart" link next to the "Add To Cart" button.
2. When
you have finished filling your Shopping Cart with items for purchase,
click on the "Proceed To Checkout" link in your cart.
3. Review the items in your Shopping Cart, and update quantities as needed. Click on the "Go To Checkout" button when done.
PayPal users please see our PayPal section of our Payment section for information on placing your order using this payment option.
4. If you
are a new or guest customer, select the "Continue" button under the "New Customers" heading. Note: You are not required to register, but will have the opportunity to create an account during checkout. If you are a returning customer, enter your email address and your password under the "Returning Customer" heading and select the "Sign In" button.
5. Enter
in your billing address. (This information should correspond with the address you have on file with your credit card company). Enter in your shipping address. Please note that if your shipping address is the same as your
billing address, you can check the box next to "My shipping address is the same as billing" and the
information will be pre-populated for you. (Note: If you are a returning customer, your billing & shipping addresses
on file should appear automatically. You can create a new address or select
an alternate address from your Address Book.)
6. Choose
your preferred shipping method from the selections presented. Click on
the "Continue" button.
7. If your order is a gift, you can choose to include a FREE personalized message and/or have your items gift-wrapped. Just check the box next to "Is This A Gift Order?" and you will be presented with two gift options. To gift wrap your items, check the box next to "Gift Option 1." If you wish, you can then type in a personalized message in the text box below. To include a FREE personalized message only, check the box next to "Gift Option 2" and type in your message in the text box that appears to the right of the gift options.
8. Choose your payment method.
If paying by credit card, select the button next to "CREDIT CARD." Enter in your credit card number as it appears on your card. Enter you "CID" (Credit Card Identification Number). For Visa, MasterCard and Discover, this 3-digit code can be found on the back of your card (at the end of the signature panel); and for American Express, the 4-digit code can be found on the front of your card just above the last 5 digits of your account number. From the pull-down menus, choose the correct month and year of your credit card's expiration date.
If paying by check, select the button next to "PAY BY CHECK." Enter in your routing number, bank account number, and check number (The check diagram is there to assist you).
You are almost ready to check out. You now have the option of creating an account and registering with MusicSpace.com. While this is not a required field it is recommended so that you are able to receive special offers from MusicSpace.com and so that you may check on the status of your order 24 hours a day (only registered users can view their order history).
If you choose to register, just choose a password with which to access your account & order information. Your password can be any combination of letters & numbers, so long as it is a minimum of 6 characters in length. Then scroll down & click on the "Review Your Order" button.
If you chose not to register, leave these fields blank , and just scroll down & click on the "Review Your Order" button.
9. Review the information that appears on this page. If everything is satisfactory, click on the "Submit Order" button.
10. Your
order has been placed! Print out the final Order Confirmation page for
your records. An order confirmation email will be sent to you shortly
as an additional reference for your order.

Product Availability
BACK ORDERS
Sometimes items in your order may fall out of stock while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email after placing
your order notifying you of a delay. If you have other items in your order, they will not be shipped until all items are back in stock, so that everything may ship at once. We will continue trying to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. When your order is in this status, you can cancel your order (or part thereof) at any time by calling 1-800-581-4515. Operators are available Monday-Friday from 9am-Midnight and Saturday from 9am-6pm, EST.
PRE-ORDERS If you have pre-ordered an item and it is not in stock at the announced release date, unless otherwise indicated, you will be asked to approve a 30-Day Order Extension. If you do not approve the extension, this part of your order will be canceled within 24 hours.
Please Note: When you order a pre-ordered item, you will not be charged until your order ships.

Order Status
To check the status of your order, click on the My Account button on the
upper right side of the MusicSpace.com homepage. After you login, you will see your order history displayed in the "ORDER HISTORY" box. (You can click on any number in the "order #" column to find out the details of that particular order.)

Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order online*, but ONLY if it has not started processing.
To do so, click on the My Account button
on the upper right side of the MusicSpace.com homepage. After you login, you
will see the "ORDER HISTORY" box. Click on the order # you wish to cancel
& then click the "Cancel" button. Note: If you wish to cancel an order
that is in progress, please call a MusicSpace.com customer representative
at 1-800-581-4515, Monday-Saturday from 9am-6pm EST.
*Please not that orders processed through PayPal CANNOT be cancelled online due to the efficiency of both the PayPal service and our processing system. for more information about PayPal, please refer to the Payment section of Our Help page.

Check/Money Order
If you have a checking account, you can pay for your order online.
When you go to check out, please have a check handy to enter your bank
account details into the spaces provided. You can still use the check
after your purchase is made. Once we receive confirmation from your bank,
your order will be shipped. Your account will indicate a "MusicSpace"
withdrawal.
It is important
to note that depending on your bank, it can take up to 7 business days
to receive confirmation of debit from your bank. The payment amount for
your order may also be deducted from your bank account before MusicSpace.com
receives confirmation from your bank. This may delay the shipment of your
order.
If you prefer, you can mail in your order by printing the mail in order form that can be found during the "review Order" step of the checkout process. Once you have reviewed the order information, click on the "Prefer to Mail Or Fax Your Order? Click here for a printable order form" link. Print the form that is displayed (note: your billing and shipping information as well as the item(s) you are ordering including a complete Order-Total will already be included on this form for your convenience. Mail the form along with your check or money order (in U.S. funds) to the address listed on the form.

If paying by PayPal, click on the "checkout With PayPal" button in your shopping cart. You will now be redirected to PayPal's secure checkout process.
Log into your existing PayPal account or create a new one. review and confirm the funding source for this transaction. Press the "Continue" button. Once PayPal accepts the transaction you will automatically return to MusicSpace.com. You will now be asked to proceed as a New Customer or a Returning Customer.
For more information on placing your order please refer to our "Placing An Order" section (beginning with step 4). Note: The PayPal checkout is very similar to our standard checkout. However, we will not ask for, nor receive, any billing or payment information from you or PayPal.

Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any item you

for a full refund or replacement (excluding shipping & handling and
return postage). You must include a copy of the packing slip (it

Placing a Customer Review
To review a MusicSpace item:
1. Find the product detail page for the item you wish to review.
2. Click on the "Write a Review" link near the top of the page.
3. Enter in all the fields as you see fit. Note: The fields marked by a * are required. To further interest other shoppers, you may upload an image or YouTube video with your review.
4. Click the "Preview" button to test your review. At this stage, it is required that you read the usage agreement linked on the Preview page.
5. When you complete your review, click the "Submit" button. Your review will be monitored by our staff. If approved, you should see it live within approximately 3 business days.

"Leaving a secure site," Dialog Box Message
On MusicSpace, the new account/registration page and all of the checkout
pages - the two places where customers enter in personal information -
are secure, as indicated by the "https" in the browser URL. As a result,
when you click to enter one of these 2 designated areas, a dialog box
will often pop-up stating: "You are about to view pages over a secure
connection" or some similar message. In turn, when you leave these pages,
a dialog box will pop-up stating: "You are about to leave a secure connection.
It will be possible for others to view information you send" or some similar
message. This does not mean that the MusicSpace site is unsafe; rather,
it just means that the page you came from was encrypted, while the page
you are going to may not be. Additionally, it does not mean that information
in general is being transmitted over a non-secure connection.

Security lock during the checkout process
If you enter the MusicSpace.com site from a link on another site, sometimes
the original site will launch a "frame." A frame simply allows you to
enter a 2nd site (i.e. MusicSpace.com) without leaving the first. (You
will probably see the a branded framed border of the "from" site on the
MusicSpace site.)
If one of
the web pages within that frame is not encrypted, you will not see the
security indications you would normally see (i.e. dialog box security
prompts, browser padlock, etc.). This does not mean that it is not secure
to shop - be assured that you private information is still being transmitted
over a secure server. You will simply not see the security indications.
