DIGITAL ORDERS
Some of our catalog is available to purchase and download. Our catalog allows you, in most cases, to download the entire album at once. Some of our albums are not fully available for digital download, in which case, you would be able to download individual links. To purchase a digital item, add the item (a single MP3 track, full MP3 album, or MPEG video) to your cart and checkout. Your purchased items will be available to download once your order has been confirmed. You will be able to access these purchased digital item(s) within the My Account section of the website in case you had an issue with your initial download. You must create an account in order to purchase any digital item.
BACK ORDERS
Sometimes items in your order may fall out of stock while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email after placing
your order notifying you of a delay. If you have other digital items within your order, they will not be shipped until all items are back in stock, so that everything may ship at once. If you have other digital items within your order, you will be able to download them once you have completed your order, or you can download at a later time within the My Account section of the site. We will continue trying to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. When your order is in this status, you can cancel your order (or part thereof) at any time by calling 1-800-581-4515. Operators are available Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm EST and Saturday from 9am-6pm EST.
PRE-ORDERS If you have pre-ordered an item and it is not in stock at the announced release date, unless otherwise indicated, you will be asked to approve a 30-Day Order Extension. If you do not approve the extension, this part of your order will be canceled within 24 hours.
Please Note: When you order a pre-ordered item, you will not be charged until your order ships. When you order a pre-ordered item with an available digital item, you will only be charged for the digital item you had purchased.

Order Status
To check the status of your order, click on the My Account button on the
upper right side of the MusicSpace.com homepage. After you login, you will see your order history displayed in the "ORDER HISTORY" box. (You can click on any number in the "order #" column to find out the details of that particular order.)You will also be able to access previously purchased digital items to download again in case you had technical difficulty.

Cancelling an order
All digital orders are final. You cannot cancel a digital order once it is placed.
You can cancel non-digital orders online*, but ONLY if it has not started processing.
To do so, click on the My Account button
on the upper right side of the MusicSpace.com homepage. After you login, you
will see the "ORDER HISTORY" box. Click on the order # you wish to cancel
& then click the "Cancel" button. Note: If you wish to cancel an order
that is in progress, please call a MusicSpace.com customer representative
at 1-800-581-4515, Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm EST and Saturday from 9am-6pm EST.
*Please not that orders processed through PayPal CANNOT be cancelled after they have fully processed. For more information about PayPal, please refer to the Payment section of Our Help page.

Check/Money Order
If you have a checking account, you can pay for your order online.
When you go to check out, please have a check handy to enter your bank
account details into the spaces provided. You can still use the check
after your purchase is made. Once we receive confirmation from your bank,
your order will be shipped. Your account will indicate a "MusicSpace"
withdrawal.
It is important
to note that depending on your bank, it can take up to 7 business days
to receive confirmation of debit from your bank. The payment amount for
your order may also be deducted from your bank account before MusicSpace.com
receives confirmation from your bank. This may delay the shipment of your
order. In addition, once an order is entered into our system it cannot be cancelled as it is immediately sent out to our bank for processing.
We do not accept checks or money orders for digital orders.

PAYPAL
If paying by PayPal, click on the "checkout With PayPal" button in your shopping cart. You will now be redirected to PayPal's secure checkout process.
Log into your existing PayPal account or create a new one. Review and confirm the funding source for this transaction. Press the "Continue" button. Once PayPal accepts the transaction you will automatically return to MusicSpace.com. You will now be asked to proceed as a New Customer or a Returning Customer.
For more information on placing your order, please refer to our "Placing An Order" section (beginning with step 4). Note: The PayPal checkout is very similar to our standard checkout. However, we will not ask for, nor receive, any billing or payment information from you or PayPal.

INSTALLMENT PAY
What is Installment Pay? MusicSpace.com gives you the flexibility to be able to pay for your order over time, using Installment Pay, on select products. We do not charge a fee or interest rate on any order that is set up for Installment Pay.
If your desired product is eligible for Installment Pay, the option to pay in installments will appear as a check box within your shopping cart. Click the check-box to enable the Installment Pay plan for your order. Your order total will be divided into separate installments and billed accordingly.
You will be billed for the initial payment once your Installment Pay order ships, then in 30 day increments thereafter. All shipping, tax, and gift charges will be applied within your initial payment.

To review a MusicSpace item:
1. Find the product detail page for the item you wish to review.
2. Click on the "Write a Review" link near the top of the page.
3. Enter in all the fields as you see fit. Note: The fields marked by a
* are required. To further interest other shoppers, you may upload an image
or YouTube video with your review.
4. Click the "Preview" button to test your review. At this stage, it is
required that you read the usage agreement linked on the Preview page.
5. When you complete your review, click the "Submit" button. Your review
will be monitored by our staff. If approved, you should see it live within
approximately 3 business days.

Listening
to music clips and/or view our TV ads
MusicSpace uses both RealMedia, Windows Media Player, and our own Flash
Preview Player as our listening platform and an embedded video player
as our viewing platform. You'll need either the RealPlayer or the Windows
Media Player to listen to clips from our music compilations. You do not
need to install any additional software to listen to our own Flash Preview
Player clips for tracks or to watch our videos. If you don't already have
the RealPlayer, download the latest version for free at www.real.com.
If you don't already have the Windows Media Player, download the latest
version for free here.
To listen to a song clip, click on the icon next to the song title.
To watch one of our videos, click on one of the video players located
throughout the MusicSpace site. If you are experiencing problems or cannot
see the video players, you may want to download or upgrade your Flash
player. Note: Video is best viewed on a high-speed broadband connection.

will often pop-up stating: "You are about to view pages over a secure
connection" or some similar message. In turn, when you leave these pages,
a dialog box will pop-up stating: "You are about to leave a secure connection.
It will be possible for others to view information you send" or some similar
message. This does not mean that the MusicSpace site is unsafe; rather,
it just means that the page you came from was encrypted, while the page
you are going to may not be. Additionally, it does not mean that information
in general is being transmitted over a non-secure connection.

Security
lock during the checkout process
If you enter the MusicSpace.com site from a link on another site, sometimes
the original site will launch a "frame." A frame simply allows you to
enter a 2nd site (i.e. MusicSpace.com) without leaving the first. (You
will probably see the a branded framed border of the "from" site on the
MusicSpace site.)
If one of
the web pages within that frame is not encrypted, you will not see the
security indications you would normally see (i.e. dialog box security
prompts, browser padlock, etc.). This does not mean that it is not secure
